Since 1979 we have been manufactoring Force Pressure Gauges to correctly determine the pressure being applied at the point of contact on resistance (spot welding)guns and machines.

This is extremely important to maintain quality welds.

The alternative is to multiply the cylinder diameter times the line pressure and apply the correct date of tip diameter and allow for an incorrect line gauge and other factors.

Once the correct weld pressure for your metal thickness is determined the other factors for quality welds of heat and time can easily be determined.

Our hydraulic piston type pressure gauges are made in various sizes to accommodate standard pressures up to 10,000 Force Pounds.They require no maintenance and can be factory repaired , re calibrated and certified for accuracy.

Factory certificates of accuracy and gauge registration are available .These certificates meet all I.S.O and QS requirements and are Traceable to Canadian N.R.C. , INMS and the W.S NIST.
